James M. Hennings
President & CEO
James M. Hennings has served as the leading executive of VantagePoint since forming the company in 1998, and has continuously provided its vision, leadership and management. In that short time, the company has grown to be a leading supplier of Enterprise Resource Planning software for major paperboard packaging companies in North and South America, as well as Europe. Mr. Hennings has over 20 years of experience in the business applications software industry, including serving as an independent consultant and advisor to several software companies specializing in marketing and product strategies. He also serves as a speaker at conferences and symposiums within the packaging industry. A native of Southern California, Mr. Hennings holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine, in addition to a Master of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from Ohio State University.

Peter A. Dobell
Vice President, Enterprise Division
Peter holds the position of vice president of the Enterprise Division and is charged with the overall development and deployment of the company’s Business VantagePoint (tm) software solution, as well as providing strategic product direction. He joined VantagePoint in March 1993 and held the positions of manager of container and packaging systems, director of product development, business development manager and product deployment specialist. Prior to joining the Company, he spent 12 years in the packaging industry. For five years he served as a production superintendent with Crown Zellerbach Paper Products and for seven years as the manager of information systems with Crown Zellerbach’s successor, the Packaging Division of Fletcher Challenge Canada. Peter is a graduate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Industrial Engineering (1981). He is a member of the Canadian Information Processing Society as well as the Institute for Certification of Computing Professionals.

Andy Armitage
Vice President, Retail Packaging Division
Andy holds the position of Vice President, Retail Packaging Division, and joined the Company in June 2002, as part of VantagePoint's acquisition of Avalon Printing Software Limited. Andy is responsible for the strategic growth of the division, which is specifically focused on the deployment of highly-integrated business systems for the global folding carton, label, and flexible packaging sectors of the packaging market.
Andy has twenty years experience in the packaging industry, founding Avalon Systems in the UK in 1984, with Avalon's original 'Printman' integrated management system becoming the de facto standard for folding carton producers in the UK and Europe. Avalon Systems was acquired by Radius PLC in 1994, following which Andy spent three years as President of Radius North America, establishing its business and building it into a multi-million dollar software operation. Recognizing the need for a next-generation software product, Andy departed Radius to establish Avalon Printing Software in 1997 and began developing new-generation software for the folding carton, label, and flexible packaging markets. Quickly established itself, Avalon won significant new contracts with industry leaders in North America, Australia, and New Zealand. Now, as the Retail Packaging Division of VantagePoint Systems, Andy and his team continue to provide the most advanced software available for this important market segment.
Andy graduated from Loughborough University, England and is a former international track and field athlete.

Michael J. Rusch
Chief Financial Officer
Michael joined VantagePoint as the manager of finance and administration in May 2001, and was appointed to the position of vice president finance in 2003, and chief financial officer in 2004. Mr. Rusch is responsible for all accounting, finance and administration duties of the Company. In 1993, he began his career with senior accounting positions for Future Shop ltd., the Pattison Broadcast Group, and until May 2001, with Pattison’s News Group in Jackson, Michigan. In 1993, he was awarded a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Alberta. In 1996, he achieved the distinction of Certified Management Accountant from the British Columbia Society of Management Accountants.
